Our Facilities
The practice has a state of the art gait analysis facility to evaluate walking / running patterns. The gait lab includes a RS Footscan that measures the pressures underneath your feet and calculates ground reaction forces as well as Dartfish video analysis system that is currently also used at the Olympic Games. This is used to identify causes for injuries and accurately prescribe orthotics and footwear.

ORTHOTICS (Braces & Supports)
At Orthoworx Orthotics & Prosthetics we pair people with the correct braces to ensure successful outcomes. The practice stocks an extensive range of braces and splints from the world’s leading brands including: Aircast, Ossur, Don Joy & Breg. Use the Brace Locator to find the brace for you! Orthoworx O&P is a Certified CTi knee brace, fitment center.
COMPRESSION STOCKINGS
Graduated Compression stockings and sleeves are elastic garments worn around the leg and/or arm compressing the limb to reduce and manage swelling. They are worn to manage a wide variety of conditions by applying graduated circumferential pressure on the limb. To manage or prevent a condition the correct size and strength of compression garment most be worn.
FOOT PAIN, RUNNING INJURIES, FOOTWEAR & MODIFICATIONS
We to provide relieve of foot pain & running injuries through the scientific prescription of foot orthotics (In-Steps) and/ or footwear. The practice believes in managing not just the effect (Pain) but the cause of the problem. Through our state-of-the-art gait analysis lab that compromises of pressure mapping diagnostic (RS FOOTSCAN) & video analysis we can prescribe effective foot orthotic & footwear solutions. We also offer footwear modifications & solutions for various conditions and “hard-to-fit” feet.
MOBILITY AIDS & ASSISTIVE DEVICES
Through our close relationship with HN Health Solutions provide specialist services relating to the supply of mobility aids, wheelchairs, seating solutions, pressure ulcer care management and prevention equipment, and devices for independent living.

Orthoworx Orthotics & Prosthetics has an extensive range of breast prostheses & garments for post mastectomy patients. We pride ourselves in providing patients with excellent, professional and discrete service. Restoring femininity, confidence & ensuring that you are comfortable. Products include specialized breast prostheses, post mastectomy bra’s and swimwear for mastectomy patients from Anita.
MEDICAL LEGAL REPORTS
Orthoworx Orthotics & Prosthetics provide an orthotic & prosthetic consultation service for legal cases. We are experienced in producing medico-legal reports related to orthotics & prosthetic care and rehabilitation in a timely and cost-effective manner.
